All of the words listed here are commonly experienced during times of grief. Looking at this list, you may be able to identify with several of these emotions. Some of the words may be shocking to you. You might be thinking, "How could anyone experience delight while dealing with infertility?" Depending on where you are in this journey, you may have experienced just a few of these emotions, or perhaps you've cycled through most of them at least once. Sometimes, we keep these emotions to ourselves because we're ashamed of them, or maybe we feel like some of these emotions aren't socially acceptable. You should know, however, that experiencing any of these is common. Remember, you're not alone.*If you experience lingering sadness or anxiety, believe that your personal well-being is threatened, or feel paralyzed by certain emotions, consider consulting your doctor.
